We accept free order cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order, if the order exceeds 24 hours, we will refund you 75% of the order value if you want to cancel the order.
If the order is cancelled, you will get the refund.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
What if my package is refused or not delivered?
The loss of package caused by address problem and refusal to sign , we can deliver the goods again after customer supplementary the logistics fee .
If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
